(Source: New York State Division of State Police) Troop K - In an effort to remove intoxicated and impaired drivers from the roadways throughout Dutchess, Putnam and Westchester Counties, the New York State Police from Troop K made the following DWI arrests between Friday, December 9, 2016 and Sunday, December 11, 2016: On December 9, 2016, New York State Police from Wappinger arrested David F. Markert, 27 years old, of Poughkeepsie, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor. Markert was stopped by police on Main Street in Poughkeepsie and found to be intoxicated.
