On December 21, 2017, State Police from SP Dover Plains arrested Jonathan Ortiz, age 24, of Wappingers Falls, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 22 in the town of Dover, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.
